Refund Policy

General Policy

I understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation and refund guidelines apply.

 

Overnight Stays

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to partial or full charges.

 

Visits (Dog Walks, Cat Visits, Check-Ins)

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled visit to receive a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice may incur a fee or be charged in full.

 

Exceptions

I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. Exceptions may be made at my discretion for circumstances such as illness, severe weather, or urgent personal matters.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability but will always be accommodated whenever possible.

 

No-Show Policy

If I arrive for a scheduled service and cannot access the property or the pet, the full service fee may still apply.
